Orange Chiffon Cheese Cake

下午时
手痒痒的
昨晚得到蛋糕和糖水食谱后
今天忍不住做了哦
哈哈
要在这里分享我的食谱咯
首先要分享的是
【Orange Chiffon Cheese Cake】
材料:
A=250g cream cheese
220ml fresh milk
100g butter/margarine
B=70g plain flour, sifted
20g corn flour, sifted
60g custard sugar
6 egg yolks
1 orange,granted rind & squeezed juice
C=6 egg white
60g custard sugar
做法:
①Put cream cheese & fresh milk into a double-boiler. Double boil till cream cheese has melted. Remove from heat, add butter, stir till butter has melted & leave it to cool.
②Add B into cooled cream cheese mixture & stir well to form batter
③Whisk C till thick & glossy (soft peak form) fold into cream cheese mixture till well-combined.
④Pour cake mixture into a non-greased 25cm/10" square baking tin.
⑤Put baking tin into a large roasting pan half filled with hot water, steam bake at 150celcius for 1 and a 1/2 hour till golden brown & cooked.
⑥Remove cake from the oven, invert the cake onto a cake rack & leave to cool completely.

【鱼翅瓜糖水】
材料:
鱼翅瓜半个
冰糖适量
红枣适量
蜜枣适量
龙眼适量
(可以加冬瓜糖和马蹄)

做法:
①鱼翅瓜削皮切片,顺着瓜纹,大约半cm厚就好了
②煲水放入所有的材料除了龙眼和冰糖
③煮大约一,两个小时至鱼翅瓜从一片片变成一丝丝,放入冰糖调味
④再放入龙眼大约两分钟,熄火
⑤可以热或冷饮。

后记:
Orange Chiffon Cheese Cake 有别于不同的Cheese Cake哦
它别有一番滋味
新手可以尝试做哟
但是必须注意的是Orange juice 不能放太多
否则烘焙出来的Cheese cake 就会比较湿
必须自己调配放多少哦
至于鱼翅瓜糖水呢
真的很特别
平时呢都是喝鱼翅瓜汤
糖水还真的是第一次
你们可以尝试一下哦
虽然不是第一次弄东西吃了
但是却是第一次把食谱和心得写上来
感觉还不赖
以后一定会放更多的食谱咯
